- 1.8 oz quick oats
- 2 oz water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp butter or oil
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp real maple syrup (or there are sugar free syrup as well)
- Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Blend oats, water, eggs, baking soda, oil or butter and protein powder into a medium thick consistency.
Heat the skillet to medium and use non stick spray or a tiny bit of butter to coat the skillet, pour in the batter (I like to use protein powder scoopers to make the same size pancakes), and wait till it starts to bubble and then quickly flip.
Using a pancake pan is much easier and faster!
Top with syrup and any of the optional toppings.
