- quick oats 1/2 cup
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- cinnamon (optional)
- Add oats to tupperware, mason jar, etc.
- Add protein powder, yogurt and almond milk. Mixing it all up.
- Top with almond butter and berries. Leave in fridge overnight and enjoy dessert for breakfast!
