It is difficult to work out in front of an audience at the gym. That's why I offer my personal training services on a private gym conveniently located at 13114 W Washington Blvd, Culver City. You'll have full guidance and support to reach your personal training goal.
It is a clean, tidy and quiet gym, with great new equipment. You never have to worry about other people disrupting your training and waiting for equipment to do your training.
It's also the perfect place to stay in shape during the coronavirus. You don't have to worry about other people, because we'll have private one-on-one training sessions. After every session, all equipment is properly cleaned and disinfected.

Mandi sets her clients up for success. When my wedding dress first arrived, it was too tight. Panicked, I reached out to 1/2 dozen trainers hoping for a miracle or that I would get abs by association. Her three-step approach was simple -- all I had to do was: (1) shop with the grocery list she provided, (2) eat according to the diet plan she created for me (which didn't leave me hungry or feeling deprived), and (3) show up to training sessions.
Within 3 days of following Mandi's diet, I noticed I had more energy. After 10 days, I was less bloated and my wedding dress was no longer tight! (If I didn't have photos as evidence, I wouldn't have believed it). I've been training with Mandi for over a month now and she has been my biggest health and fitness advocate. In the gym, she walks me through each exercise, ensuring that I have proper form and am targeting the right muscles. She also continually challenges me to get stronger and to exceed the goals that I set for myself. All in all, training with Mandi has been a great investment in my health -- she does the heavy lifting with diet / meal planning and actual training. So I've continued seeing Mandi everytime I'm in LA and the results are next level. I've gone from 27% body fat too 14.1% and Gam the confidence I've always been wanting. Even the skills and style of training has allowed me to train on my own with k owing what I'm doing each day and why I'm focusing on that style of training for the day. The way I look at Mandi's training is it not only gives me a great workout but allows me to then train my self in between our sessions and allowing me to truly change myself into a healthy lifestyle I can use for life.
Mandi has been training me for the past 4 months, where I have not only increased over all 30% in strength but also managed to lose close to 20 pounds. 3 months ago I also had Mandi help me with my diet/meal plan and that's when I really started to see and feel a difference in my body.
