During this lockdown, and with closed gyms, it’s not easy to stay fit. This program will be fun, but also challenging, to help you stay in shape while staying at home. You can make this as easy or as challenging as you want to make it. Add more reps, add more weight or use only body weight!

I've designed this program to give you fun and engaging workouts during the lockdown. You'll get step-by-step videos explaining warm-ups, exercises, and cardio routines. For the best experience, I recommend having a set of dumbbells and/or resistance bands, but you can do each exercise with your body weight.

Working out and staying active has always been a part of my routine. I realized my passion for training several years ago working as an assistant trainer at a group fitness Bootcamp. The feeling of motivating others to reach their fitness and health goals has been addicting ever since! It truly makes me happy to make others feel strong and feel great about themselves!
