"I've been training with Mandi for 2x per week for nearly 2 years. I started for the usual reasons - weight loss, toning, and committing to a healthier lifestyle.I've stayed because Mandi is knowledgeable, energetic, supportive and fun. She's taught me a lot about weight training, muscle group function, and staying committed to the training. "I couldn't get myself into the gym even though I knew I needed it - I was so scared and insecure because I wasn't a gym rat (aka had no idea what I was doing and felt like a moron if I even stepped foot in a gym).
